• BERLIN ASHRAMA

"Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success."
    -Swami Vivekananda

After having gained long experience in serving people through two centres (at Bindweide and Mühlheim/Main) the members of the Vedanta Gesellschaft felt the need to open another outlet in Berlin to reach out to more number of sincere spiritual seekers. They bought a house at Mohnweg 18 a, 12357 Rudow-Berlin for the purpose on 27th June 2013. The house was inaugurated on holy Janmashtami Day, the 17th August 2014, in the presence of a large gathering of friends and devotees including Herr Falko Liecke (Vice-Mayor, Neukölln, Berlin). The Ashrama has planned the following activities for the year 2016. We hope to take up more activities in the future depending on our capability and possibilities. Our activities are meant for people without any distinction of gender, colour, nationality or religion.
